Strategic Intent

The Strategy sets the priorities for the Trust to work on, it is developed every five years in consultation with Iwi, the Trust and the Board. An annual plan is developed to specify how we will deliver these priorities and the Trustees track the progress of our strategic priorities at six weekly hui.
