Governance

The Trust is governed by a Board of Trustees who are elected by the Iwi. The purpose of the Board is to set and then oversee the strategic direction of the Trust, they have a particular focus on managing and growing our financial assets. 

Operations

The operational team of the Trust are responsible for the delivery of the strategic direction set by the Board.
